Econometric Analysis II (Course Code: 3102)
This course deepens students' understanding of advanced econometric methods and their applications in economic research. Topics include panel data models, time series econometrics, instrumental variables (IV), and the generalized method of moments (GMM). Emphasis is placed on practical application and interpretation of results using R, preparing students for empirical research.

Introduction to Applied Data Science (Course Code: 3162)
This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of applied data science for the behavioral and social sciences. Students develop hands-on skills in R programming for data management, cleaning, visualization, and an overview of machine learning techniques like classification and regression. The course culminates in a final project analyzing a real-world dataset.

Ders İçeriği:
Bu derste, istatistiksel bilgi ve becerilerin R programlama dili aracılığı ile veri manipülasyonu ve analizinde kullanımına odaklanılmaktadır. Kodlama ağırlıklı çalışmalar en temelde üç alt başlık düşünülerek planlanmıştır:
1. Veri yönetimi (Kodlama, değişken oluşturma, gibi)
2. Temel İstatitik hesaplama (Birey, madde ve Test)
3. Veri ve istatistikleri Grafikler ile özetleme
Dersi alan öğrencilerden daha önceden proglama yapmayı bilmeleri beklenmemektedir. Ancak, temel istatistiksel bilgi ve becerilerin eksikliği bu dersteki başarıyı olumsuz etkileyecektir.
Tekrar uygulamaları için kendi tercihiniz olan veri setlerini kullanabilir veya dersin öğretim üyesinden talep edebilirsiniz.
